How It Works

Our process begins with a high-precision 3D laser scan of the existing structure, capturing millions of data points to create an exact digital representation of the building. We analyze walls, subsystems, and adjacent boundaries for vertical and horizontal alignment, identifying and documenting any deviations. These findings are compiled into detailed deviation reports, allowing builders and designers to address potential issues early in the process.

From this verified data, we produce a complete set of accurate as-built elevation and section drawings, delivered in CAD format. Using Echometrics’ verified as-built documentation, clients can confidently model and draft components—such as architectural panels, glass railings, windows, and louvers—directly onto the true structure. The result is precise fabrication, seamless coordination, and efficient, first-pass installation.
