M City Condominiums is a modern residential development recognized for its dynamic, staggered floor plates and futuristic design. Echometrics was consulted to perform detailed 3D laser scanning and concrete slab analysis across multiple levels of the tower. By capturing full 360° scans both at ground level and at each floor elevation, Echometrics accurately documented the as-built conditions and structural variations unique to every level. Using this precise scan data, the team produced detailed CAD models that guided the fabrication and installation of glass railings, anchors, and dividers—ensuring a perfect fit, zero rework, and flawless execution.
